Dr. Ellen Moore is an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at the University of Missouri, specializing in teaching honors Organic Chemistry courses and advancing inclusivity and equity in STEM education. At Mizzou, she serves as a committed educator and leader, participating in committees, advising student organizations, and championing active learning methods for large STEM courses.

English and Education Professor, Coalinga College
Dr. Bonds is an English and Education Professor at Coalinga College, curriculum developer in Education, and Coordinator for Coalinga Puente Program. Dr. Bonds has over twenty years in teaching from secondary, post-secondary, graduate, and doctoral courses. She currently created an ESL Certificate of Achievement and an AAT in Elementary Teacher Education Degree. Bonds is a member of the Learning Labs Higher Education AI Policy and social advocate for social justice, equity-minded grading, AI integration in higher education and authentic assessments. Bonds enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, serving on dissertation committees, and watching her boys play baseball. As a first-generation female college student from a rural area, her research challenges academic norms and discourse. Dr. Lisa Blue is an Instructional Specialist focused on STEM-H Teaching & Learning in the Faculty Center for Teaching & Learning at Eastern Kentucky University. A St. Louis native, Dr. Blue holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in chemistry from Missouri State University and a Ph.D. In 2012, Dr. Blue joined the University of Kentucky full-time where she taught large General Chemistry lecture courses while supervising the work of graduate students staffing the department’s General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry Learning Centers. In 2021, Dr. Blue joined EKU as the Associate Director of the Center for STEM Excellence before transitioning to her current role in 2023.

Dr. Scott Cohn is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Western Colorado University in Gunnison, CO. Teaching primarily in person, Dr. Cohn's migration to online assessment over the past decade has been motivated by the desire to spend more time in class teaching rather than assessing. In the past two years, Dr. Cohn has led several conference workshops and presentations on the development of highly-accurate assessment items that objectively measure Psychology's skills-based curriculum. Currently Dr. Cohn is the Program Assessment Lead for Scientific American: Psychology, where he assists the authors in their development of an assessment program that is accessible to both students and faculty.

He actively delivers presentations on dispute resolution, aiding organizations in recognizing and managing conflicts that may impede productivity and collaboration. Dr. Vaughn Scribner is an Associate Professor of History at the University of Central Arkansas. Dr. Scribner’s research investigates early American history in a global context, specifically striving to understand how early modern Britons sought to define (and redefine) their positions in the empire.
Dr. Scribner believes that teaching and research are inherently connected pursuits, and uses his diverse research interests to offer courses on colonial America, revolutionary America, the Atlantic slave trade, the early modern Atlantic world, and the methods course. He is also passionate about public outreach and service.
