Jason Teven is a professor of Human Communication Studies at California State University, Fullerton, and the co-author of Real Communication, Fifth Edition, from Macmillan Learning. He has published widely in academic journals and is devoted to programmatic research and the social scientific approach to human communication, with research relating to credibility, caring, and social influence within instructional, interpersonal, and organizational communication contexts.
He has published 20 research articles, many of which focus on improving the teacher-student relationship.
