Ms. Baughman has more than 20 years of educational research experience. As VP of Learning Science & Research, she is responsible for supporting the development of educational programs and tools based on evidence-based practices, identifying best implementation practices, and executing studies to evaluate program impact.

Tiffany Sayles
Psychology Instructor and Program Director, Talladega College
Tiffany Sayles has worked twenty years serving at-risk, low income, and minority students as a community agency and school counselor, and has been a college instructor since 2017. With a keen focus on evidence-based teaching practices that support improved outcomes for first generation college students and students from underrepresented backgrounds, Mrs. Sayles utilizes multimodal instructional strategies that promote self-regulated learning for students. Mrs. Sayles is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychology (Cognition and Instruction).
