About Edna RossDr. Ross is an Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Louisville with specializations in learning and cognitive psychology. Dr. Ross has received several awards for teaching and student involvement from the University of Louisville including the College of Arts and Sciences’ peer conferred Distinguished Teaching Award, and the student nominated Faculty Favorite Award. Dr. Ross was nominated in 2014 for the CASE and The Carnegie Foundation’s United States Professors of the Year Award. In addition to her faculty role at the University of Louisville, Dr. Ross has a joint appointment with the Delphi Center for Teaching and learning as the Specialist for Critical Thinking. Dr. Ross strives continually to introduce and foster the effective use of instructional technology in her classes and is the current Chair of the College of Arts and Sciences’ Technology and Facilities Committee. |
