Professor of History, Community College of Rhode Island

Suzanne teaches US History, Black History and Women's History at the Community College of Rhode Island. She is currently at work on a study of the treatment of women with mental illness in late-nineteenth and early-twentieth-century Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Suzanne is also a regular contributor to Macmillan’s history blog.

Christin Monroe

Christin Monroe

Chemistry Professor, Landmark College

Christin is a chemistry professor at Landmark College. She manages a current S-STEM project for the Life Science and Computer Science program, and serves as a mentor for undergraduates. Dr. Monroe has an extensive background working with historically underrepresented groups in STEM fields including low-income, first generation and neurodiverse students.
